Compensation, Benefits & EU Pay Transparency

This is my core practice: making pay structures fair, explainable and ready for the EU Pay Transparency Directive - without a twelve-month consulting project.

Where things stand

EU PTD status - as of July 2026: the transposition deadline passed on 7 June 2026 with only a handful of member states on time. Germany has no draft law yet; implementation is realistically 2027, with first pay-gap reports due 2027 for larger employers. Translation: the companies that use this window calmly will not be the ones paying panic rates later.

Free: the 3-minute readiness scorecard

Not sure where you stand? The scorecard gives HR leads and founders a quick read on where the main gaps are - foundations, operations, or reporting readiness. Three minutes, no strings.

Fixed-price offers

Pay Transparency Quick Check

A one-week readiness check: where you actually stand across pay criteria, ranges, job architecture, comparator groups and reporting exposure - as a scored report with a prioritized action plan and a debrief call. From €2,400 fixed (plus VAT), results in one week.

Readiness Sprint

For teams that know their gaps and want them closed: a five-week fixed-price sprint that builds the compliance backbone - pay criteria, information-request process, recruitment transparency, documentation - prioritized by your Quick Check results. Works-council path included where applicable.

Beyond the Directive

How I work

The packaged offers above come at fixed prices with tightly defined scope - that is what makes the prices possible. Custom advisory and implementation work runs at transparent rates with a clear estimate upfront. Either way: no discovery phases that quietly bill by the hour, no slide decks that need a second consultant to execute, and no cost surprises. Delivery in German or English, including works-council-ready German documents.
